This looks to have been shot over a period of time in several locations around Sydney including Wynyard Park, the Domain and an at unidentified night vigil.
An unusual piece of film which has found it's way into ASIO's vault. The people in the film know they are being filmed. Either the person photographing them was an ASIO agent or the laborotory where the film was processed made another print and gave it to ASIO. The second option is the most likely. There were few laborotories in major Australian cities and it would have been easy to identify film of interest. The film maker is unknown although it could in all likelihood have been the legenedary Keith Gow who with Norma Disher made The Forever Living Julius & Ethel Rosenberg.
