ASIO Camera operators often mingled with the crowds outside the Royal Commission quite openly. Appearing in this film are Edward Fowler Hill, Rupert Lockwood and Herbert 'Doc' Evatt. In the body of the film you can see the operator also does a sweep of the area, including the back entrance to the court.
